1. Bookings
 

All bookings must be confirmed in writing (email or booking system).
A deposit is required to secure your session.

Late arrival does not extend the session time.
 

2. Studio Conduct
 

Clients must:

• Respect all studio equipment

• Not bring illegal substances onto the premises

• Avoid disruptive, threatening, or unsafe behaviour

We reserve the right to terminate a session without refund if these terms are breached.
 

3. Equipment & Damage
 

Clients are responsible for damage caused through misuse or negligence.
 

4. Intellectual Property
 

Clients retain ownership of their original musical works and recordings.

Viraaga Studio Productions may request written permission before using excerpts for promotional purposes.
 

5. File Storage
 

Project files are stored for up to 12 months after completion.
After this period, we are not responsible for file retention.

Clients must back up all final delivered materials.
 

6. Limitation of Liability
 

We are not liable for:

• Loss of earnings

• Loss of opportunity

• Data loss due to third-party technical failures

• Indirect or consequential damages

Liability is limited to the total amount paid for the session.
 

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
